July 14, 2009	Full size prop carved out of the 2x6. I was experimenting with different feed rates. Prop turned out much smoother when I turned the feed rate down to about 60 to 70ipm. I still need to do a lot of tweaking. Last 3 photos are of a mini prop (about 7") I carved using a 1/8" ballnose
