2 motors instead of one.  I added a 10 hp electric start to the front.  I mounted it at 22 degrees instead of the plans call for 30 degrees.   This is due to the oil splashing unit in the motor.  Caution do not mount a motor above 22 degrees unless it is designed to do it.

I also widened the cabin area by 6" in the rear.

The front is made from styrofoam and epoxyied to the 1/8 " wood sides of the cabin.
